Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

 Delivery Areas:

We deliver to all areas in Hong Kong, using courier services. This includes the New Territories, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.

We currently do not ship to following area of Hong Kong.

We charged a flat shipping fee of US$4 or HKD$31 for all orders below US$20 or HK$156
. Shipping is free for all orders over US$20 or HK$ 156.  If we offer 'Free Shipping' for some of the products, those products will not charged shipping fee.

 
Delivery Schedule and Times:
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Our standard shipping time will be 3-7 working days from the date of your order. 
 
 

For Worldwide Customers

We ship to worldwide from Hong Kong by Registerd Air Mail.
The parcel normally takes 10-20 working days to arrive depends on the destination.
We charged a flat shipping fee of US$ 8 or HK$ 62 for all orders below US$20 or HK$156. Shipping is free for all orders over US$20 or HK$ 156. If we offer 'Free Shipping' for some of the products, those products will not charged shipping fee.
Tracking code will be provided after we shipped your orders. 
**Please make sure the consignee's address and contact phone number are correct.

IMPORTANT: Buyers should pay for the Custom Duties, VAT and GST of the orders.
We will not mark the parcel "as gift" and mark value below the price.

 

 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after receiving your returned package.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
